I feel fitness and good food choices should be important?
I mean it all sounds simple enough, get your vegetables and fruits and proteins like beans or meat and have a decent dairy intake, stay hydrated, but its not.I know because I went totally nuts eventually and just quite smoking and eating any kind of junk food at all,I on a rare occasion break this chain for a dessert or some sort of fattening thing, but not in access, I do however eat a ridiculous amount of fiber foods and proteins, and those are expensive when you think about it,in total probably more then just having some cocoa puffs (nobody flip a switch here you can eat what you want its just an opinion) tuna is the cheapest source of protein ever and I think people should learn to love it because you can mix it with a variety of other types of foods. The turkey burger I buy costs almost ten dollars for eight but with they extremely good protein fat ratio I like them, sometimes I will just eat tons of naturally fattening foods and just sit there and watch tv,and as if bye manic,I almost never gain weight,I should probably mention I'm just 21 though.Fitness to me isn't some shoventistic thing oversized men who eat too much meat and half assed just delve into or about being able to go somewhere faster then normal, its about making sure that during your day you don't have to slow down because your healthy and not getting sick for a better more fulfilled version of what could be a short life.
