I feel depressed until i have a super hot shower, is it normal?

If I don't have a hot shower, I feel physically depressed. I am a silent slug before my shower. Chipper after shower. I feel stiff, sick, mopey, grimy, and cold-blooded run down as if I am ill. After a shower? My world lifts. I can get moving. Maybe I am a reptile? Slow sluggish useless until I raise my blood temperature very HIGH. I also drive my car with the heater on HIGH until I have cooked everything. No passengers find this tolerable. I can say that yet I love WINTER. I feel great in the cold AFTER I have had a shower. Is it normal?

I find a hot shower to be very relaxing. Thinking about this makes me want to take one now.

I think it's just a stress reliever for you.

    • I'm cold-blooded. Reptilian. Maybe I'm one of those X-Men mutants. Let me check if my skin glows in the dark.

Hot show can release adrenaline. Kind of like cliff jumper and parachute. Some like to box and spar or work out. Plus heat helps you to relax and when you relax so does your veins and blood vessels.

This happens to me from time to time. Not the car heater thing though. I always feel suffocated when hot air is blowing right in my face so I just get the car really hot and cut the air off for a few minutes. I think I might be anemic though.
