I feel bad when i look at people's nose?

Ok, this might sound weird but I wonder if anyone else feels this way. Whenever I get into an argument or say something by accident to hurt someone's feeling I will look at someone's nose or movements but I'll be staring more at their nose and feel bad like I don't even know why? Just the way it looks.. I can't describe it but it makes me feel bad. It happens especially with family members i'll just stare at their nose after an argument sometimes and feel sad and regretful. Does anyone else have this problem? I feel like i'm the only one who does.

    I used to feel really bad about staring at people's noses or teeth or whatever thong I decided to stare at. I just learned the other day, however, that people don't even notice where at on their face as long as you're not a couple inches away.
