I feel awkward when my friend opens up to me all his wrong doings

First of all I'm a lady.
My friend tells me things that are not pleasing me. I understand his honesty and sincerity and I appreciate it. He tells me stuffs about his Club habits, about what his friends are doing with girls. He also tells me that He likes Hot girls and He'd really wanna hook up with them.
I honestly see no problem here but I feel awkward listening to his stories, It makes me feel like if this girl is hot then what am I? And If he asks an advice to me, what would I say? I barely comment to his stories due to respect.

I'm a bit conservative but I am openminded. I wanted to help him but I can't find the proper words to say.

So? What can you guys say?

You are there to listen, and that is the most important part, but also he deep down wants your opinion, and respects it or he would not seek you out as a sounding board! Share your view also with him, it is time you did! Good luck with your choices

  He actually knows that what he is doing is wrong. I'm just 19 and I have no experience with relationships or hook-ups haha not my thing!

    Try to continue to be there for him, it could be awkward at times, but he cares for you and your opinion or he would not keep coming back to you for a friend to listen to his problems, or maybe, even though you are young and may not have the experience to understand what he is going threw, you must have the morals and passion that he really feels he needs.     I'm sure you can learn something from him. I've always liked girls that talked about guy stuff time to time. I feel like gender doesn't even matter anymore. Of course I'm straight, I mean in friendships and relationships.

Just say, "Enough already!"

He's taking advantage of your listening ear.
Start talking about your day at work and I bet he clears off!

If he doesn't make you laugh, don't be too available.

  No no no, you got it all wrong. At my point of view this is a Tough decision for a Guy to be that Honest to me. I salut him for opening it up. I felt honored of course not used.
  I need to help him with out feeling awkward.

    How can you help him without experience of the nonsense he's creating for himself?
    
    I think he just wants to talk about himself - an egotist and a narcissist! If he didn't make me laugh I'd be away studying and making better use of my time.
    
    He'll bend your ear for as long as you let him but when he gets a gf he cares about you'll never see or hear from him again. He sounds like he's only using you to rant / vent.
