I experience deja vu often?

I don't why but I get weird deja vu moments when I just know what the feeling is and have felt this countless times. It feels kind of good and nostalgic, but I will lose the feeling after 10 seconds or so. I first think to myself "Oh this feeling again" "Deja vu". I think back of how similar this feeling is and I think back of how I'm getting these weird sensations out of the blue? It just happens and I just don't understand why it comes and goes so quickly like I couldn't grasp it as long as I wanted. IIN?

You have a gift. Go with it. I’ve had several of them over the years. My most memorable one is that when my son was about 3, I had this dream that I was on a place high above the sea, and he was playing nearby. I told my wife about the dream and she remembers it. Now about 35 years later, my son bought a home with a beautiful ocean view and we were up there and I was sitting outside enjoying the view and his son who looks just like him was playing nearby, andI realized that I was seeing the dream again. Very scary.

It’s pretty common to feel déjà vu even if we don’t know where it comes from

It's really weird when it's somewhere, or something I've only experienced in a dream before.

    Experiencing it is totally normal.
