I enjoy muscular pain after a hard workout

I work out mostly to feel the pain the morning after. It's called lactic acid if you don't know. I find it pleasurable and the more it hurts the more pleasure I feel even if it's debilitating. I wait for a while before I workout the same muscle group again because that's when it hurts the most and sometimes I squeeze and massage it to aggravate it some more.

    I sort of enjoy it as well. To me it means progress. I've got pain in my upper body from yesterdays drop sets workout.

    I love that feeling, maybe it's because I spent 21 years of my life avoiding that feeling, the ache the morning after a really long jog or climb makes me feel really good, I think it's mental, it's proof to me just how hard I've been working, how much weight I'm loosing and how toned my legs are getting,

    Also, I think I like certain types of pain.....:\

    I mean, it seems to be if I get something out of it, post workout aches and burns come with a sense of satisfaction and when I got my tattoo i kinda actually liked the feeling of it, found it strangely relaxing, yet on the other hand I can stub my toe and moan and swear for ages after as if it's the end of the world, strange
