Im48 yrs old and have been able to control my dreams, run walk jump fly talk to people anything I wish to do in my dreams I can do, it's a gift the way I see it.

    It's just lucid dreaming. Go further, like me, and actually try astral projection.

    Lucid dreaming try carrying around like a loaded die and roll it randomly and if its a habit and u roll it in a dream u no its a dream so u can do whatever( watch inceptio( ;
