If you live in or near a large city where public transportation gets very crowded during rush hour, just go ride the bus or the metro back and forth. Allow your breast (or whatever other part of your body you want to be groped) to bump against a hand holding onto a bar on the vehicle. If the hand doesn't get removed, then allow your breast to rest against it. Soon, those fingers will go into action. If you don't live near such a place, take a vacation to one--places like London, Tokyo, Kiev, Mexico City, etc. Just don't take any valuables with you that can be taken by a pickpocket.

Could try going to a festival as you can wear really revealing/tight/short clothing and the atmosphere is relaxed and people are excited and generally more chatty.

I would love to feel your breasts! Many men would. Trouble is, there's very few guys who are going grope you out of the blue for fear they might done for sexual assault etc.

    I think you will have to make a bold move regardless , it will be hard to have a man make a random move and grope you for fear of being arrested .
