I eat paper. is this normal?
Sometimes when I'm holding a piece of paper or notebook, I'll start biting it and then, after 10 or so minutes pass, I notice I consumed more than half of it.

Haha it would be funny to watch someone do this when they think no ones watching
You have a disorder called pica.

it's not all that uncommon
i have a friend who does that its really funny because whenever he eats it he looks really panicky
I did that when I was a little kid, but it's not normal to do it when you're an adult.
Story time!
This one time, at Golden Coral, when I was 9, my sister dared me to eat that piece of paper that holds together the silverware. I put it in my bread roll, then ate the roll.
Tip: Paper is extremely hard to swallow and digest.
Omg i no this guy and at lunch he well eat the fome plates.... But he is a freak
I did that when i was really little until one day....something bad happened...
Haha I would eat a tiny off the corner but HALF??? Holy crap, someone has an eating disorder lol. Not normal dude sty
Eating that much probably isn't good for you, but it is normal. My guess is that it's a habit you've had since you were little when you tore off the corners of papers. And I know others that chew little bits when they're nervous or have ran out of gum. Whatever your case is, I'd definitely take it easy.
I used to do this when I was a kid. I eventually grew out of it. Now I just usually chew lots of gum. It won't kill you but it's definitely not normal.
