It's not healthy. If you want pizza you'd be better off making it yourself, then if you still desire for it to be cold you could stick it in the refrigerator for a set amount of time.

I only eat the cheap kind from the 99c store.Way better than Domino's,PizzaHut,or other shit.

I eat tortellini cold and uncooked. I guess that's weird too.

Typically the meat they put on frozen pizzas has already been cooked once so it should be OK, but just be careful with any that feature uncooked meat on their pizza faces, or you might be looking at some terrible tummy tantrums.
