I eat everything - and it shows....

The holy day of the week is Monday for me. On Monday we get the shopping delivered. The problem is I eat it all on the day it gets here. My mum gets very angry with me, once she even hit me in my tits with a cricket bat.
I eat eggs, bread, chocolate, ice cream, anything! but not fruit.
I am very overweight, very.
I just see all the food and i am no longer in control of my mouth, my mouth is in control of me. I become this beast and if anyone tries to stop me i get so angry.
Is it normal?

The nonchalant way you mentioned how 'She even hit me in my tits with a cricket bat' is brilliant. I can't stop laughing. The mental image is not going away.

I can understand what you're feeling, i've got the same problem sometimes. But you just have to try to get control over it, food only gives you a short rush of happiness and that makes you wanna eat more and more after that. It's too bad, because then you don't have much left for the rest of the week. Some advice from me is:
-Go eat more fruit instead of snacks, when your hungry.
-Find something else that makes you feel happy, like sports, friends or something else fun or active.
-Try to look at the food like it's your enemy. ''If I eat you, you make me fat and I don't like that.''
(That doesn't mean you can't eat at all, ofcouse.)
-If you take snacks, look at how much calories are in it. Some things taste the same as other things but contain much more calories
-Spread it over the whole week. Like: Monday 1 chocolate, tuesday one icecream, wednesday one bread with eggs, etc.
-Ask your mom to buy healthier food/or less snacks.

I hope this will help you and that you'll lose weight:)

At least you admit to being overweight and take responsibility for yourself. That's the first step. Too many overweight people blame everyone else for being thin and not glorifying their unhealthy, deadly habits. I like you for that. Another thing: DOTfit.com is a good website for weight guidance. Don't give up, my friend. Track your progress, because seeing how much you're losing will only make you happy and make you want to lose more. Good luck.
