Every once in a while, I dream of killing my parents or siblings in a most gruesome manner, usually decapitation. It's always cold-blooded murder - in my dream, they never did anyting wrong to me. I always wake up feeling guilty and crying. Is it normal?
I feel like harming ones i love even tho i don't want to, i would never hurt them, i just see images of them getting hurt...
Some days back me and my friend were just talking jokingly about what all people we would kill if we had the chance without anyone knowing she had so many names and I was dumbstruck and froze because I never realised earlier that all the people i wanted to kill were the people who were close to me and I couldn't name them in front of her.
I'm pretty sure you have lots of pent-up rage you might wanna find something to express your anger like... writing things on a plat and throwing them at a wall i think it's a great way to move on!
well I only once woke up crying... funny story actually. I was part of the crew of the Sea Shepherd (an anti japanese whaleing vessel) with the cat my dad owned and I don't really like but don't hate either. I was a full grown man and had to leave the poor old creature behind on paradise island (im crying right now) she was all skinny and stuff and I knew shy wouldnt live much longer and I woke up with a pillow wet of tears (not crying anymore)
and YES it is normal. dreams are about things you learnt in your life and unless youre 3 years old you know your family and you know what beheading is (I googled decapitation)
dont be afraid you're gonna kill them... your brain picks two random things (ur family and killing them) and combines them for... a few dreams... if it's recurring it's still nothing bad... but if you walk in your sleep you might aswell kill in your sleep (watched too much TV)
