Sometimes I have a dream where I am a truck just driving around (I look like Optimus Prime) and then start to overheat, like my coolant is low or something...I then wake up, and have to drink a nice cold glass of water because I feel very hot/dehydrated.
Being a truck? It's a dream, that abnormal is the normal. If you had a dream exactly like a normal day THEN you'd be a freak.
The whole heat thing, that's fine too. Your body reacts to the dreams, hence sleep-talking and people moving around. I once kicked the crap out of my mate while i was asleep. (Dw, she understood XD) But that was because i dreamt i was a power ranger lol.
Of course, it may just be that you're hot in reality, try less covers or open a window. :P
Our bodies tend to complain when we're dreaming, because they feel uncomfortable. Like the blokes said before, try sleeping with less coverage.
As for the dream, it's normal. Once I dreamt that I was Prowl (the police car from the 80's). Of course, one of my teammates killed me after we dropped from a 50-story building in Chicago, but since I'm an avid Transformers fan, I guess the dream really wasn't all that abnormal. Wish I dreamt it again, though.
Could totally be your body converting how you feel into the dream you're having.
It happens to people all the time, real world events that are happening make their way into a dream so as not to disturb you. Maybe try sleeping with less covering you and seeing if that helps?
