My friend (who is a girl) and I are very close but lately I have been having dreams about touching her sexually, such as her butt and her boobs. I seemingly have no sexual attraction to her but I still have these dreams? I mean she is pretty hot but I don't feel for her in that way. Is this normal?

    Probably, as you told, it`s normal to have such feelings, if you really feel something for her, tell her that but make sure tell her only if it`s love NOBODY LIKES LUST unless you`re a FUCKBOY!!
