You are asking us to say if he likes you or not but all we are reading is he looks at you longer than usual. You need to ask your self if he likes you or not we are not there to make the call.

Seriously though, I wouldn't assume anything. He may not like you, he may just be checking you out. There's a big difference. Or you know, he might actually like you.
Advice: The next time he's looking at you in the hallway, make eye contact with him. Or engage him in conversation. You should be able to tell by his body language if he likes you then.
