I'm a man in my 50's. I stopped wearing underwear years ago. It started as a sort of "payback", because my girlfriend (we were both in out late 30's then) didn't wear any. I got mad and said "well, I'll see who I can catch if I let my dong just hang down my pants leg". I got used to it, and have never worn any since. I love the feeling of freedom. It's great.
