I don't think it's possible for me to dissapoint anyone iin

I have been let down and disappointed numerous times in the past by certain friends.

I just dont think it's possible or probable that I could dissapoint someone since I just feel no one values me anyway including the few friends I have.
I have changed plans on a couple friends before but I doubt this would affect them, it's not like they'd be looking forward to seeing me, more so probably just something to do.

I just feel in general, people hang out with others because it fills in time and it's "something to do" I really don't think friends get invested in each other like I have done in the past and I'm over it so treat them how they'd treat me.

IIN?

    What type of disappointments?

    • In the way that if they ask to hang out and I decline or make up an excuse or am legitimately busy I don't think they'd care.

I had one friend always wanting to go places with me but I kept declining her because I'm tired and busy.
I don't think this would hurt her feelings but my sister says that she could be a bit hurt and I should hang out with her some time.
I just think my sister is wrong, I don't think I have any chance of hurting or letting someone down because no one cares or gets invested in me

You sound depressed, or at least suffering from low self esteem. People definitely do invest in each other, and they can invest in you too. I'm sorry people have hurt you so much for you to think otherwise. If someone says they care about you or want to be around you, trust them. People usually don't spend time with people they don't like!
