Don't know if it should be in this category or not... oh, well. I guess I'll just keep this short.
When it comes to people dating, I don't think age is "just a number", although a lot of people say that. I don't think it is. Especially when there's such a huge age gap between two people- IIN?
You are right! My friend has been dating a man 11 years older than her for the past 3 years. However, she is still young at heart while he is sooooo boring and ready for his pipe and slippers. She has a good life financially but is going mental with him dragging her down. Doubt it will last much longer.
Yes, that's one of the reasons why I don't think age is just a number- mentally, they're at two completely different places in life. I'm aware that sometimes romances with large age differences have worked out in the past (ex. Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall), but those are few and far between.
In some cases age doesn't matter. If there's like a 20+ year age difference, that's a bit creepy.
I am 41 and my wife is 9 years younger than me. She is mature and I am not...lol...just kidding. once you get over 18 age doesnt really matter unless there is a huge difference..then again.

Ok, I'll give you a shot, just for fun, One... why do you frown upon my relationship? And two... why do you make it your business to notice other people's age differences, if they're ok with it what the hell business is it of yours?
