    I shower twice per day, no matter what I do. I don't trust my immune system to handle the filthiness of most people.

      Actually. If you do that you are weakening your immune system. The immune system needs to fight bacteria to train itself and get stronger. If you keep your skin free from bacteria your immune system has nothing to fight to train and you will have serious illness when a real strong bacteria crosses your way
