I don't do it for my own benefit, like tricking people in order to get something out of them, or anything like that. But I lie almost every time someone asks me something about myself, and I don't feel bad about it at all. I don't know, I guess I just don't give a damn. I lie to my parents, to my friends, to pretty much anyone. Most of the times, the questions people ask you, it's like: how the hell is that any of your goddamn business? I lie simply because I can, what do you want me to say? Is it normal?

    Most people lie about things to get out of trouble but it becomes pathological lying when you start doing it for no reason. You should probablly try to figure out why youre doing this because even if your full of yourself about not getting caught, I can tell you that people will know eventually and no one will trust you which will cause you problems later on. I know a few pathological liers and they dont have a lot going on for them. You should probablly work on this for your own sake.

      agreed! i used to have a mate who was a pathological lier and I totally don't get why someone would go on like that O.o NO ONE believes a thing she says, so it's sad because when she is actually telling the truth, everyone assumes it's just another bullshit lie :/
