I am 20 years old, and I love women, I love talking to them,and being in relationships with them. I think most women are the most beautiful on the earth, but are so lazy when it comes to talking back or reaching out. I would like most in the world for a woman to start a conversation with me and ask for my number. It makes me feel like I am not worth the effort every time I start the conversation. Is this normal?

    I'm sorry, but that's just how it works. There are little women who approach a guy. It's mainly out of shyness, I think. It's kind of a taboo for women to approach a guy, so most of them don't do it. It has little to do with you not being worth the effort, and more to do with social standards.

    Some women dare to approach a guy, but not many are like that. They're more likely to take initiative by giving you some flirty looks.

      My only 2 girlfriends asked me out (which I accepted and ended up regretting later, there was a reason [I] didn't ask them out in the first place). I'm not too shy to ask girls out, there are just VERY VERY few good girls out there.

    I will never try to impress an attention seeking ho. And I look for friends first, and if feelings develop, then all I have to do is ask her out on a simple date, no need to buy lavish gifts and free drinks or plan an extravagant excursion.

    Personally, I wait only because I'm shy. But, I think another reason is men are expected to be the one to make the first move. But, I understand how it could be frustrating. Good luck!
