I don't like my boyfriend's mom. am i over reacting??
Is this normal? or Am I over reacting
I have been dating my boyfriend for about a year. We are both in our 20's.
Issue 1:This pisses me off. When I am at his house for dinner I sit next to him and his mom sits across from him. The whole dinner he will seriously stare into her eyes constantly and not look at me once...even when I am talking to him and asking him questions. This makes me feel hurt and like I am not even there and like he is in love with his mom and more than just a family way...
Issue 2: She is nosey and bosyy
Everytime we hanngout his mom calls more than 2 times!! The first time asking what he is doing, who he is with and where! And other times to check in!
When I am at his house ans we are just trying to hang out she constantly is yelling and complaining about how he never helps out mean while he does the dishes (everday), vacumes, takes out the garbage, cuts the lawn, and does his laundry. Meanwhile she does nothing but sit and watch TV. I feel like she does this for him to feel sorry for her.
Issue 3: She trys to copy me
I used to go tanning( stopped because I now know how bad it is for me) and she started once I met her ( she is in her 50's). I wear clothes like bench and lululemon and she goes out at buys the EXACT same hoodies. She tried to wear lululmemon Yoga Pants( he 15yr old sgouhter's.
Wierd Events:
In her car that my boyfriend drives she left the bag she takes to go tanningin the back seat and while he was turning the car it tipped over and a red thong came flying out. ( why would you put that in your car if she knew he was going to be in there.)
We were at his friends house and there was with joke on tv when these people went to cananda and didnt knoe french so they asked how to say pass the salt if french but in stead the person told them how to say eat my p**sy and tricked them. HE REPEATED THIS TO HIS MOM :|!!!!!
He is nicer to her than he is to me. She told me he gives realllyy good back massages but how would I know he has never given me onee?
Help me with advice. Is this normal?
