I don't know if he likes me or not..

I've been having so many crushes these past month, but this one is different He is nice and he keep saying my name over and over with his friends. Today I was looking at him and suddenly we made eye contact I really like him and I don't know if he feels the same way I do. I visited his Instagram account and I keep stalking him every time I don't want to do it but it's the only way to see him every time I want. I even intended to ask him out which is something I never wanted to do before, I am always afraid of rejection and this time I didn't care if he rejected me or not It's not really an "is it Normal" question, I just want some piece of advice.
