Help?! i dont know how to laugh?? i laugh inside my head, but i have NEVER laughed out loud. it is really awkward at times and not just for me. does anyone else out there not know how to laugh?? i am 20. this probably isn't normal is it? so, how do you laugh?!?! i have googled and googled and googled i haven't found any tutorials on how to laugh... i try to laugh but nothing comes out... or it does not sound like a laugh at all.. maybe a dying cat at most

    I don't think you can really give a tutorial on how to laugh. It just happens, it isn't forced.:/

    Its not really normal but not bad. Laughing is a natural reflex. You dont force it. Some people just dont outwardly show certain emotions. Personally I cannot cry outwardly even if I am in my head. I have aspergers so my brain is wired to where I do not have outward emotional reflexes towards certain emotions.

    Step 1 open your mouth
    Step 2 show your teeth
    Step 3 (this is the most important)Laugh like hell
    I think you are very self aware just dont think how you look while laughing and i dont think you need to make sound while laughing. Believe me everyone looks good while laughing !

    Perhaps, you can't laugh because certain things don't go with your kind of humor?
    Laughter can't be forced, its supposed to be almost spontaneous.

      Oh no i find lots of things funny, i laugh in my head and maybe if its really funny i will laugh through my nose.. but no laugh out my mouth
