My boyfriend is not circumcised and I find it very easy to give him a hand job because his skin easily moves with me. When we were on a break I hooked up with another guy and he asked me to jerk him and he was circumcised so the skin didn't move with my hand and It just felt like it hurt him.     Pardon me if I'm wrong, but I assume that the methods of such wouldn't differ as much from the methods used for a cut schlong. Use lube and make sure the foreskin isn't under too much strain. Ask the man how it feels. Technically, it should feel much better because the foreskin allows for much more feeling as opposed to a cut penis. If I'm remembering correctly, the foreskin contains many nerve endings.

    I'm circumcised, and I'm still able to move the skin on my penis. There's less skin there, and it's default state is with the head exposed, but... that skin can still move about halfway over the head.

    Anyway, like everybody else has said... blowjobs are always better.
    Of course, there is a certain satisfaction in a girl giving you a sneaky public handjob. Can't do that with a blowjob, really, lol.

    Well, I would say that any guy would go for a "blow job" over a "hand job", but actually, a circumcised penis is really not that different than an un-circumcised penis when masturbating. True, there is more skin that goes with each jerk, but the circumcised penis has all the feelings without the extra skin.
    Non the less, if a "blow job" is the choice, then count me in.
