I am a man and as far as I can tell I don't have an adams apple. Wtf is an adams apple anyway. I see these on woman and men so what the fuck?

Who is horribly confused by adams apples.

I've looked up what they are supposed to be but empirical evidence says otherwise.

I am pretty sure doctors didn't sew a dick on me at birth.
