I don't feel for family and friends, I don't care if people die, I don't care what happens in their lives. When I get mad at someone I wish death on them and would love to carry out the intriguing task myself because I despise most people and wish the worst on them. I hide my feelings very well but I really have had many urges to kill people close by, I have not acted on any of these urges yet is this normal?

    No. This isn't normal. It could be you're a sociopath, I don't know. I'd say it's time to seek help and get therapy.
