I'm a straight male. I don't enjoy vaginal sex at all and only enjoy anal sex with a woman. Is it normal?
And Is there are many people like me?

    Not entirely outlandish, but not normal. It must be that you need tighter sex in order to feel sufficiently stimulated. Most women don't like anal as much however so I would do vaginal still for their sake so you don't come off as a selfish motherfucker.

    And, what is a "permanent inflammation", as you put it?

    Sorry, your grammar is SO poor, I had to "read between the lines" on this sentence, from you:

    I don't think of myself, as Sherlock Holmes, but when posters, like you, are extremely vague, or don't tell us enough information, for us to suggest informed advice, and we have to "read-between-the-lines", or GUESS what is at the root of your question, then I answer questions, with questions of my own.

    Why don't YOU tell us, why YOU are a straight male, who doesn't want vaginal sex, with a female?!

    Isn't having a vagina, what makes a female, a female?

    Maybe stop asking questions, which YOU aleady know the ANSWER to .... ?!

    I get suspicious when people ask a 1-sentence question, with no supporting information.

    I'm curious to know, if, assuming you've tried vaginal intercourse, with a female, were you "facing" her, as in missionary position, or were you behind her, as in doggy-style?

    The reason I'm asking, is maybe you're experiencing a fear of intimacy, by not feeling comfortable looking (face-to-face) at the woman you're having sex with ... ?

    When you are having anal sex, with a woman, is she on top of you/facing you, in a "squatting" position, or facing away, from you?

    Or are you entering her, completely, from behind, so you can't face each other?

    Also, your "dis-interest" in vaginal sex, could have something to do with it being a FEMALE organ ?

    Also, you said you're a straight male.... why? Just because you've only had sex, with females, so far?

Keep cool, this site is for people to ask each other questions that they don't feel comfortable to ask in public. Any way it's very normal to came across people like you that having a permanent inflammation.

            I don't disagree.

            The dude I knew was into having his prostate stimulated, his girlfriend got him into it. Later he got married to someone else who was not into experimenting with that stuff. He, and his wife ended up having three kids, but he felt unfulfilled so he started using toys like butt plugs on himself on the sly. This really freaked out his wife who didn't want him doing that. So he had to get rid of his butt plugs, and other toys to appease his wife. He still craved butt stuff so he gave up on toys, and started meeting other men online for gay sex. Last I heard from him he told me that he was HIV positive, and he had contracted the virus from acting out without using protection with the gay men he had met online.

            It's a weird story, I know, but it's true.
