I don't dream.

I hear people talking about dreams all the time, and it sounds really cool. I rarely dream. Less than once a month. After my dream, I can suddenly remember having that dream a million times before, but I start slowly forgetting it, and after an hour, I can barely remember it at all. No matter how hard I try to cling on to my memory, it fades away. I can't imagine what it must be like to dream normally, and happily recall the experience. The only dream i can remember is bugs. Bugs everywhere. All over my body and in my mouth covering every square inch inside and out with the utmost pain. I wake up exhausted. All other dreams have faded away forever, in the depths of my mind.

If you want to remember dreams set your alarm for around 3 or 4 am during deep sleep, you'll probably remember fragments of a dream, write it down,
If you don't try again the next night,
When you remember a dream you must write the dream down or you will most likely forget it come the morn,
When you next go to sleep keep thinking of the dream, and how it felt to dream, think of this as you fall asleep and you'll improve your dream recall

All people dream every night, you just don't remember most of your dreams.

I visit the astral on occasion, but I've never been a big fan of it. Im not overly used to it.

I get this too, I never remember my dreams. I hate it because I'll fall asleep thinking of something that makes me happy and when I wake up I have no recollection of dreaming at all.

I've had dreams I wish I could forget though, it's always the good dreams that disappear.

All people have about 3-7 dreams a night, but most are too preoccupied with school and jobs in the morning they often don't care to remember. Like others said, keep a dream diary to help you remember.

Try making a dream diary, write down anything you remember in your dream just after you wake up. keep doing it. you'll remember it easier and even maybe having a lucid dream
