I it normal that i don't clean up anything in my room. Its almost as if im comfortable with the mess. I just live that way. I want to clean but i just don't. So I just live in complete messiness. Im talking stepping over and on stuff all day long
As long as you don't have plates with old food or rotten candy wrappers laying everywhere!
Normal in the sense that a lot of people are messy, but it's not a good habit, and should be broken out of because it doesn't sound hygienic, and especially when you grow up and get a house of your own.
If your the only one that has to deal with it, it probably doesn't matter.
My place is always a little cluttered, but that's partially because I live in a studio apartment with very limited storage space. :P
I guess its normal but it sounds like youre letting your shit go a little too much there if theres just shit piled everywhere. I know if things ever get too cluttered in here I can't even think straight, I have to go start putting things away or reorganizing.
Also there's a difference between cluttered and truly dirty. If there's dishes and food and trash all over the place, that's just not a sanitary living condition let alone for the room you sleep in.
I'd say it's normal, especially if you don't have regular traffic or visitors in your room. Sometimes I let my room get a little messy but I am a military kid. My friends would come into my house and say "DAMN, IT'S LIKE A HOTEL IN HERE" and I would retort "You gotta be kidding me, it looks like shit. We're so messy. Look at those pencils on the counter!". We all have different comfort zones concerning how much mess we can handle. Just don't end up on an episode of "Hoarders". I've seen houses like that in real life. That just seems disgraceful.
Normal. at least try to make a path from the bed to the door so you won't keep bumping into stuff.
This is normal. It's your room and it's just the way that you're use to seeing your room. However, a little cleaning up never hurt anyone. I know that my room isn't the cleanest, but it isn't the messiest. I usually clean like once every three months or so. Sometimes it's great to walk in your room and not step on a shoe.
