most parents that i come in contact with act like it's something bad for their children to be having sex. I have a daughter and I don't care if she has sex, she just has to use protection. and I don't care how she dresses either, if she wants to wear something a little sexy, I don't see anything wrong with that as long her private parts are covered. or if she wants to twerk, I don't see anything wrong with that either, it's nothing she won't be doing once she's 18. If she wants to date someone older, that's fine too. I don't see why people restrict kids when theyre teens and then all of a sudden, when theyre 18, everything's allowed. it just makes no sense to me.

    I was ok with my daughter being sexually active as a teenager. She was responsible about contraception from the age of 14 and even asked me to go with her to the clinic, later becoming the escort and support for girlfriends too embarrassed to go by themselves.

    I was lesbian at the time and copped shit from a few friends because I didn't stop her having sex with boyfriends in her own bed: apparently they'd have thought it better if she'd been fucking in dangerous uncomfortable places like parks or railway stations. My position was that if I believed I had the right to have sex with whomever I chose in my own bed, so did she.

    Girls like to have sex at different ages. My teenage daughters are having sex on a regular basis. They have been taught how to have fun doing various sexual activities and how to do it safely.
