Ok so I’m a boy and I had this gay freind, and I was sleeping round after a party and I woke up to him stroking my legs and the base of the dick, I don’t know what he did to me while I was sleeping but while I was awake he touched my abs and chest and legs and then after he well ejaculated he cleaned up came back and just kind of cuddled up to me. I said no at first but then he grabbed my arm later so I was scared to do anything in case he got more physical. It’s had a huge effect on me however I don’t know if it was assault or not?

    You said no, but he continued. That's assault. You can and definitely should call the police and explain to them what happened so that you can take legal action against the guy.
