I do not belong

I have a condition; I do not belong. I walk down this hallway every day on the way to class. Every day within inches of hundreds of people, so close to them I can often hear their breathing. Yet I could not be father away from them. I encounter dozens of people with intricate lives and problems that I am certain would be of endless interest to me. They intrigue me these people with their connections. Some days I just want to reach out into the world and pluck their interactions away for myself. To make myself a part of this tapestry of humanity that thrusts people together in a way that they mesh.

But I cannot.

IIN?

What an intriguing intricate life problem you have.
I wonder if others hear you breathing when you walk down the hallway? I bet they wish they were like you.

You sound very insightful. And I have felt the same way. You're not alone.

Seriously, you should write a book. You've got a intricate way of wording your thoughts.

It's normal that you feel that way. Quite a few of us humans do.

One of these things just doesn't belong here. One of these things is not the same. Sing with me!

    • Is it perhaps the over dramatic wording and eloquence coming from someone who claims to never speak to humans?

Alot of people feel this way. It's understandable , sometimes i feel as if i don't belong either. But i'm sure people appreciate you , you seem to have a talent of analyzing things , and you are clearly good at wording your feelings. But, try not to think of things like that so much, it'll only make you sad.

It sounds like you might have depersonalization disorder (DPD)

Eh, I wouldn't worry about it. Nothing good comes out of belonging, anyway.
