I dislike the word "so" like "so, i heard you..". is that normal?
It's probably from my experience, but I always highly dislike the sound of it at the start of the setence. Like "So, I heard you are a faggot." and so forth.

I can see that. It's usually an indication of boredom or the lead-in to an accusation.
My pet hate (aw cute) is when people leave it dangling over the edge, so...
so what so what...?
If your experience is hearing it before being called a faggot, I can understand why you would grow to hate it.
I dislike when people use the word like instead of for example. We all have our crosses to bare.
