I discovered an excellent stress reliever, iin?

Please, bare with me. A few hours ago, I decided to peel some limes so, I could juice them. I figured that peeling them would be as stressful as it is to peel other things, due to the risk of cutting myself. I've been under a lot of stress, as of late, and it started happening while I was cutting. I began noticed how nice the lime smelled so, I put it up to my nose and smelled it. I did this twice before juicing it. After smelling it, my stress along with my care towards what triggered it, gradually subsided. Since then, I've been increasingly relaxed. IIN?

So this "Aromatherapy Sphincter" is it like part of a self deodorizing system that makes poop smell like cinnamon rolls?

A few days ago during my groceries trip I must have spent some 20+ bucks on chocolates, cookies, choc muffins, canned cinnamon rolls etc. On average I get one candy bar. One. I'm fairly certain all this "sweet talk" on IIN is partly to blame.

Just so you know if I get diabetic and drop dead I'm returning as a ghost to haunt your ass.

Well. Maybe just the first line.

You are right! Limes have a very high ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity). Their rinds are used to make essential oil. And one of the primary uses of the oil is to relieve depression and boost mood.

Normal. When I was in high school, the librarian would give me scented bookmarks that I'd sniff throughout the day. No one ever questioned it. In fact, before my A.P. test, I asked for a pack and handed them out to everyone. They were very grateful. Gingerbread really helps.

Smelling brand new baseball cards straight out the pack relieves my stress. There's just something about the smell of fresh cardboard.

Norms, I like the smell of lemons and peppermint. Not necessarily together because I imagine that would smell gross.

People find different ways of relaxing. I don't see why it wouldn't be.

    Whatever works for you.
I've heard that sitting in a clock tower, shooting strangers in the plaza below, can be quite the stress reliever, too.
