I did something dumb! has anyone done this too?

I was wearing white socks, and they "blended" in with the shower and I stepped in and then realized "oh, I have socks on."

has anyone else done this dumb thing or only me?

      That's nothing. A girl I know went in the shower with her cell phone! The next day she told me. "I forgot that showers were wet..." I laughed my ass off! I still do laugh at this quite a lot! (PS: She was a brunette, but by heart, she was pure 150% blonde :D)

    just yesterday i was putting pantyhose on and without realizing i put them on over my socks, now think of this... i have both socks on and my pantyhose all the way on, i take them completely off when i see my socks.. i then take 1 sock off ans forget about the other. i walk around for awhile with one sock under my pantyhose. just before i get ready to leave i have to go take my pantyhose off again to get my sock off. sometimes i can just be so oblivious to things like this. i have also showered various times while wearing various items. you are not alone

    I've done it before, but only because I rarely wear socks around the house. I just forgot, wasn't paying attention

    Absent-mindedness. I catch myself about to do silly things sometimes, like unwrapping candy and then nearly putting the wrapper in my mouth and the candy in the bin :D

    No actually I almost did that once too. Almost. But I caught mself just in time. I think I was singing or something, and my mind kinda wandered.

    I almost took a shower with all of my clothes on one time, though I thought it was ten o'clock in the morning, but it was at night. Must of been tired.

    Never did that but sometimes in the shower I forget if I washed my legs or not, so then I have to either wash them again or for the first time.
