I'd rather dry hump a woman than have sex

I like to have sex occasionally, but I'd rather dry hump females for specific reasons. First reason is that it's completely safe and no risk of pregnancy or STD. Second reason is that it seems to me that females would be more likely to consent to dry hump than sex (less intimate, no risk, no need to remove clothes). I have dry hump several female friends, but I'd like to do it to a random female I just met at the club or somewhere. I'm not sure how I would go about asking her.
