Music is definitely my favourite form of entertainment. I like too many different artists, groups, and bands to list tho
Music: I like various types, but mainly ambient, piano, or post-rock. Some of my favorite bands/singers are Moby, Low, Brian Eno, and Boards Of Canada.
Movies: I like movies based off true stories, but I'm also a fan of surreal,dream-like movies like Eraserhead, Cat Soup, Donnie Darko, and The Science Of Sleep.
TV Shows: I don't really watch a lot of TV, but I'm a fan of South Park, Drawn Together, All In The Family, Roseanne.
Games: I love the Silent Hill series, and the Left 4 Dead series, but also the Super Mario series.
For me, it'd probably have to be books. Aside from the obvious entertainment factor, I think part of the reason is sensory. You feel its weight, the texture of the pages and sometimes even smell it. It may sound odd, but I love the scent of an old, well-preserved book. So comforting.
I do love music, though. I have to ask; does creating music count as well? I play guitar and piano, so if it does, it's a very close call.
Home console games: Baten Kaitos, Baten Kaitos Origins, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy, Super Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Haunted Mansion (I really don't like the last boss fight.), Sonic DX (director's cut), Final fantasy, Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2, Baroque, etc.
Music: Enigma, Bjork, Rush, Music made from plants using biofeedback technology, soundtrack music, opera, Gregorian chants, Classical (Especially, Tchaikovsky), Trip-hop, Portisehead, Jazz, Keiko Matsui, Esperanza Spalding, The Keith Tippet Group, Madeline Peyroux, Motoi Sakuraba, Joe Hiashi, Yann Teirsen, Reiki, Madonna in the 90's and her American Dream Album, Recordings of the planets and other objects in space, electronica, traditional music, The Spice Girls, Greyson Chance, French Lounge, St. Germain, Swing music, Eric Serra etc.
Movies: Amélie, Run Lola Run, Akira, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Batman Returns, The Matrix, V for Vendetta, So, what if I married an axe murderer?, Titan A.E, The Fifth Element, The Black Swan, The Tenant, The Emperor's New Groove, Bend it like Beckham, The Phantom of the Opera, Dressed to Kill (That's were my current profile pic comes from.), The Sailor Moon Films, Paprika, Cowboy Bebop: The Movie, vangelion:_2.0_You_Can_(Not)_Advance, Madeline, Matilda, etc.
Studio Ghibli: Kiki's Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Whisper of the Heart, and The Cat Returns. I am yet to see the two most recent films from the company.
T.V Shows: The Powerpuff Girls, The Courage the Cowardly Dog Show, Invader Zim, Futurama, Full Metal Alchemist and Brotherhood, Digimon, Pokemon, The Vicar of Dibely, The Old Guys, Prime Suspect, Samurai Jack, Batman Beyond, The original Teen Titans, Cardcaptor Sakura, The Big O, Jackie chan Adventures, Cowboy Bebop, Soul Eater, Allo! Allo!, You rang m'lord?, Eureka Seven, Inuyasha, Sym-bionic Titan, One Piece, Absolutely Fabulous, etc.
Music: I like indie bands like arctic monkey, best coast, and blondfire.
Movies: Pride and Predudice, Soul Surfer, and Dear John.
Games: not into video or computer games but I like various board games.

Games: ha! Yatzee and Apples to Apples..as far as video games, RPGs...but I haven't played in a long time.

Music would have to be my favorite form of entertainment, especially rock and then anything from the 80's, punk, or pop. My favorite band is The Cult. Favorite movie is Maximum Overdrive. Favorite TV show is The Walking Dead and I'm not sure about games but I normally play hidden object games. :p

Music is my favourite form of entertainment, I like all types but mostly rock and pop punk stuff. I'm trying to learn guitar, making some progress but it's hard haha. One of my fav tv shows is The Big Bang Theory. I also love The Three Stooges, an oldie but a goodie. I don't particularly have a fav movie, I'll watch anything. I dig movies with Al Pacino or Mark Harmon though.

I like anything by Quentin Tarantino a lot for films.
I like Doctor Who a lot for TV.

I like The Catcher In The Rye a lot for books.
I like MarioKart a lot for games.
I don't know if either of those is my favourite per se, but they are definitely up there.
