I take l-tyrosine,aniracetam and oxiracetam.I use them because they make me happier and not stressed.I rarely go days with out them.Is this normal?

Get off your fatass away from i-pad and phone. Go outside start jogging eat proper foods and less than 10 servings at a time. Go out have few drinks get laid rest and repeat. I guarantee it will work or your money back.
I think that medications are necessary for some people, but that you should try natural solutions first....exercise, rest, eating right, fresh air and sunshine, massahe, etc...however, if you gave that a decent shot- at least a couple of months, and nothing rea,lly helps, then yes, you should try medicines

Alot of racetams do but not Aniracetam.This one pretty much cured my anxiety and stress.It also makes me so much more outgoing when I'm at parties and when I'm in school.It helps with my creativity and it is the main racetam that increases your well-being. Although, it doesn't increase focus or other cognitive functions like I was hoping to get out of it.Nevertheless it's a lifesaver.
