I cry when watching intimate scenes in movies

For two years i have had some problems in relationships due to my submissive and sensitive attitude. And i find it strange that whenever i watch movies, romance or not, there seems to be a time when i feel my heart and eyes getting heavy at the part when couples cuddle or share kisses or make love. And i cant force my tears back. Is there something wrong with me? Am i depressed? Because ive also been anti-social and these kind of scenes in movies just make me cry for no reason. It just kind of hurts inside. I find myself in this state when i am alone.

    I've cried to Titanic, Tears of the Sun and lots of other movies because I am very sensitive. I have always been like this.

    Yes it's normal to cry when altruism rise in you. But when it's too often you're certainly depressed. The question is, is that arrives at you for a long time ? If the answer is yes, you have certainly a bigger problem than a simple depression and if the answer is no, you just have to let time do his job.

      Thanks Etasseur. I really think there is a problem because this kind of thing had been going on for years. It just comes naturally. I guess ill just have to stop watching these kind of movies.
