I cringe when i find out a user delete his/her own comment on my post

I seriously cringe when I find out a user delete his/her comment on my post. I feel guilty and wonder if I hurted that user feeling or otherwise that causes him/her to do that said action. Is it wrong to feel like this?

Cheer up, sometimes I delete my own comment, because I'm disgusted with my own typos.

I sometimes post and delete right away if after I read it I don't like the way it sounded or came out, or if I realize I misunderstood what the OP was saying and my comment was meaningless.

    • Nope. Do you? In my speculation, you might have done it judging from your latest comments on old posts. Tell me how do you feel from doing it.

they can only delete within 15 minutes of posting it, so most of the time it's just for editing purposes i would think

No, you can only edit for 15min, you can delete anytime.

    • I cringe because the user delete his/her own comment like forever. I'm sure it's impossible for a user to edit the comment for a week straight without finish editing it yet. ;(

you mean if they changed their mind about posting it all together? what's cringey about that?

        • I was worried if I accidentally hurt the user's feeling. I did make a cringe facial expression. XD
