I constantly adjust the shower knobs

I can't help myself, I have to have the perfect temperature, and it seems that it is never quite right....I know it's an OCD, it's so bad i cant even take a shower with my wife cause it will annoy her too badly...Anyone else, or am i abnormal?

    I thought most guys fiddled with their Knobs in the shower.........

    Lol, I have learned to face away from the shower knobs nowadays but it would drive me crazy sometimes, I also have a problem with the volume control on speakers. Up, down, up, down... It drives people nuts with that volume bar on my tv, so I got surround sound so they don't get as distracted when I do it.

    its normal, i do that too. every morning im like OPE TOO HOT oh now TOO COLD and i fiddle with them, i kinda think its fun, like a puzzle to solve. i also am OCD about my volume levels in my car or on tv, they always have to be in multiples of 5 or i just cant focus on anything else.
    its ok, i think, to have little things in your life you just cant ignore.

    its not weird i do that to dont let it get to you do you also get upset when it doesnt go to the right temp or if theres no hot water
