I capitalize the first and the last word of every sentance!

Every time i type a sentence, i always capitalize the first and last Word! It's such a weird Habit! Idk, it might be ocd or something, because if i forget to capitalize it, or end the sentance abruptly, i have to go back to fix It!! Is this Normal? To have weird little habits like That? Or is it Weird?
