Try talking to your partner about it. They might feel the same way in which case problem solved.
I wouldn't say 'I don't like foreplay' though, in case they really like it, or worry that they just aren't good enough at it.
Try asking their opinion on foreplay or whether they think sex would be okay without it (all casual and sneaky like).
If all else fails maybe just confess and work out a compromise like skipping the foreplay every other time you have sex?
