ever since...as far as i can remember. whenever there are other people around me im always looking at them, not for any particular reason. just looking to see whos around but then if somone looks back i look away as fast as i can! i cant make eye contact! im scared of it and i dont know why, is this normal??
i look at people for a long time on purpose just to make them uncomfortable and i like seeing their reaction as to why am i being looked at!
And i enjoy observing people so yes its normal.

people are looking at you. they look in your windows. they look at you on the phone. there may be cameras in the vents. glad to help.
Normal, a lot of people people-watch. It's also good to be aware of your surroundings, might save your life one day.
I like to stare people down when they catch my wondering eye. It's like a game. Basically saying yeah I'm looking at you so what of it?
I like watching people when they don't know I'm looking. People do really goofy stuff when they think no one's looking. Old, slightly senile people are funny. Also, guys who have comb-overs, socks up to their knees, popped colars (=douche), or other goofy stuff like that are great viewing.
I'm sort of the same, eye contact for to long makes my eyes water lol it's not really that normal. But everyone looks about abit, just observing. For me it's out of interest and curiosity.

i think its normal. i think its part of bein human, like unknown said. i do it as well, akthough with me its worse because i make eye contact, continue staring a bit, and then look aawy. its probably cause every human being wants to compare themselves to others to see where they stand. if theyr better/worse/different/alike in a given physical/behavioural etc. aspect. you're normal :P
I used to do that before, always staring at people, seeing how tall this one is, how short this one is, etc. trust me, its normal. It's not wrong to stare at people, unless of course you stare at that person for a long time, then that would be a little rude, but we as humans are always interested in other forms of human, even if its something we don't take pleasure to look at, we stare anyway. Thats a good thing to have, its shows intrest in other human beings. But just dont stare at that person for too long :)
Trust me, it's completly normal.
