I can't wake up with three alarm clocks
Is it normal that I can't wake up even with three alarm clocks? I press snooze for each three and go back to sleep. I once pressed snooze for about 2 hours and everyone in my house got mad at me.

I just set the alarm on my cellphone and then put it in some hard to reach place, like the top of the wardrobe or on my desk, far away from the bed. Try doing that, it may work for you too.
It is pretty normal, one of my friends is the same as you. It is annoying but hey we're all different.
They have an alarm clock that is like a small helicopter. It goes off and you have to get up and chase it around the room in order to turn it off. By that point, you will be woken up.
I knew of some parents that had marbles in the freezer and would drop them in the bed when the kid wouldn't wake up. No matter where they turned in the bed, the marbles followed!
Just do as joeaverage said. I too put my alarm clock on a hard to reach place, usually on a shelf or behind my armchair. Whatever the place, you should be forced to get up and move a bit to turn the alarm off. That makes sure that you're awake.
It sounds as if you REALLY love your bed and don't want to get up - promise yourself a reward if you get up on, say, the third ring - obviously something you have to get up and walk about for, maybe even wash your face or shower before you get it. Then after a while change to second ring and then to as soon as it goes off.
If you're sleeping in a room with tv, mobile, laptop etc - any blue screen - it's well documented that the vast majority of people don't get refreshing sleep with any of these in the room or viewed last thing at night. I saw an article a couple of days ago reporting on research that up to 25% of sleep problems can be attributed to this - worth a try maybe.
That's funny. I put my alarm clock across the room so i have to get up and shut it off and it still doesn't work. I just lay there and go back to sleep. Sometimes I get up to turn it off it's really annoying me, but I have no problem climbing right back in bed and going to sleep. It's a problem.
hahaha echoes!! my mum used to spray me with water to get me out of bed. but it worked wonders. she only had a do it a couple of times and then all she had to do after was just walk into my room with the spray bottle and i would jump out of bed. i have developed a fear of being sprayed with water now and i dont trust anyone holding a water bottle.
