I can't tell the difference between kpop band members. is it just me?

I'm just a regular kpop fan, I don't really spend a lot of time obsessing over hot guys or anything. Most of the time, I just watch the music videos and be done with them.
But I really don;t understand how my friends can recognize them? They all look almost identical, and they dye their hair almost constantly, I find that there's no way to actually tell the difference. Am I the only person?

Btw, I mainly watch BTS.

    I've heard a lot. It's hard at the beginning (as it is with every group, even 1D I had trouble). Faces come hard for me, but I break it down.
    Advice if you're trying to learn their faces specifically: (also my order)
    Go for RM first, because he's leader and easiest to spot often (especially in the old stuff)
    Then J-hope, especially around the face (RM had dimples, but J-hope has his own distinction)
    Jimin next because he's a bit more distinct in the face in the earlier and his hair colour in the more recent
    Then V hair is more "ironed wave" (like the crinkled like), Jin's hair is more straight and "bowl cut" while Jungkook's hair is more natural waved.

    ^Once again, this is the order I went it. The hardest for me to differentiate was Jungkook and V, but tables turned when Jungkook turned out to be my bias.

    I mean i voted it's not normal but i changed my mind. when i was trying to learn bts' faces i learned them quite quickly but there were 3 who's faces i just couldn't pick up. but i know them all know as you can tell by my username :) they actually look nothing alike once you know them, it's just hard when you don't

      bro, im asian... im not being racist or anything, but I honestly cannot tell the difference between KPOP stars, and I was wodering if it was a problem only i deal with. im really sorry if i have offended you.
