I can't tell him cause I'm screw if I tell him .. He'll say that he hates me .. and he is not like the other boys I met! that's why I love him so much.. but sometimes I feel that he feel the same thing about me But I don't know what to do!

I think you have more to lose by not saying something. You're probably only thinking of the short-term consequences of telling him. But try thinking of the future, like 5, 10, even 20 years down the road, when you are looking back on how you feel today (because you will). Don't let inaction turn into a lifetime of regret. You will lose more in the long-run if you stay on the sidelines where it is safest.
if you can't tell him that you love him, then mayhaps you're just not actually ready to tell him that you love him.

I was in a situation about a year ago were I knew that the guy somewhat liked me and I didn't tell him because I was too scared. I have dated a few other guys since then but even now I cry myself to sleep every night and this has been going for almost a year now. Good luck!!!
Aww, can you tell him anonymously, like send him an email from a fake account or something? This at least lets him know and allows you to see his response (anonymously). Of course, he's going to want to know who you are at some point. But he may be flattered to know you have feelings.
