I can't talk to males

Basically, I'm retarded.
I have no problem with men at all. It's just that I'm going to college from a girl's high school. I never went to a club with guys in or had a male relative nearby. I find them scary and hard to understand like girls. And because of bullying and stuff at school I'm really awkward and shy, I hate it because it's not how I feel inside. Eye contact is impossible. If I sit near one in a queue I get all tense. If I talk to them I mess everything up. I just want to be able to interact like a normal person so I don't look weird. Do other ex girls' schoolgirls get like this?

    Just start with the small things, just say hello, to guys now and then. Or maybe a "Good Morning" a few days later. Baby steps then pretty soon you will be full out jogging.

    You have no practice. Of course you dont know what to do. You are not retarded, you kast have to get expirience. Go out there and tolk to some. They might be more terrified of you than the other way

    Practice. Start slow with random small talk. if it feels weird then back away and try again
