I can't stop thinking about him i need help

Not really asking if it's normal but I don't know what to do I need help I can't stop thinking about this guy I met online. We also live in different time zones so if it's 6pm here it's 2am there and I keep talking to him to the point that I neglect simple chores like brushing my teeth or taking a shower. We're 11 years apart in age and I can't stop fantasizing about him.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!
